Winter 2026 Co-Op - Data Analytics Consumer Care

Job Overview : As a Data Analytics Consumer Care Co?Op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be part of the beverage revolution, contributing to projects that enhance process efficiency and streamline operations. Your role will involve developing and optimizing reporting tools to facilitate quicker and more informed decision?making, focusing on identifying and eliminating non?value?added tasks to drive productivity and innovation.

Shift / Schedule

• Program dates: January?5 May?22,?2026
• Full?time; 40 hours per week
• Monday Friday, 8:00?am 5:00?pm
• Hybrid (mix of remote and onsite)

Co?Op Program Elements

• Engage in cross?functional projects with innovative teams
• Participate in meet?&?greet sessions with KDP executives
• Receive professional development training (networking, skills workshops, presentation skills)
• Be paired with a mentor to expand business knowledge and network
• Complete and present a project to team, department VP, and stakeholders

Total Rewards

• $31 per hour
• Paid bi?weekly
• $5,000.00 sign?on bonus, paid within the first 30 days of employment

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in full?time program, majoring in Engineering, Statistics, or Data Analytics
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M?F, 8?am5?pm)
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills (listening, written, and verbal)
• Self?starter with cross?functional collaboration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, VBA, and PowerPoint
• Experience with statistics, data analytics, or process optimization is a plus
• Process mapping and database management skills are key assets
