Life Skills Coach Part-Time to Full-Time
Pay: $23.50 $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible (1040 hours/week)

What Youll Do
As a
Life Skills Coach (LSC) , youll spend your time
out in the community not stuck behind a desk. Youll walk alongside clients where they live, work, and socialize, helping them build confidence and independence in their daily lives.
Youll serve as:
- A Partner helping individuals lead independent, self-directed lives.
- A Teacher using creativity to teach skills like cooking, budgeting, and communication.
- An Ambassador fostering inclusion by connecting clients to their communities.
- An Advocate supporting individuals in making choices and standing up for their rights
- A Supporter encouraging personal goals and celebrating every milestone.
You dont make decisions

Qualifications - Friendly, outgoing, and dependable
- Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (preferred, not required)
- At least 21 years old
- Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and full insurance coverage
- Acceptable driving record (no DUIs)
