Job Description

Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Responsibilities As a Staffing Consultant you will find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles with companies and organizations in your local market. This full‑cycle recruiting role encompasses sourcing, placing, and coaching candidates through the hiring process. You will engage with candidates via phone, email, or in‑person conversations, build strong relationships, and guide them from resume editing to post‑interview support. In addition to recruiting, you will discuss open positions with your team, post job advertisements, and utilize online sourcing tools and resources.
