The base pay range is $45,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr . The job focuses on full-cycle recruiting for temporary/contract roles, with emphasis on sourcing, interviewing, qualifying job seekers, and matching them with client opportunities. Responsibilities Find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles in the local market. Execute the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement. Engage with job seekers via phone, email, or in person; coach them through resume editing, interview preparation, and post-interview steps. Collaborate with the team to discuss open positions, post advertisements, and utilize online sourcing tools. Proactively identify prospective candidates through cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Interview candidates and prep them for client interviews; manage the offer process when applicable. Maintain relationships with assigned candidates and ensure they have what they need while on assignments. Qualifications & Skills Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to listen, explain, and work with diverse stakeholders. Strong self-motivation, initiative, and a results-driven mindset; willingness to make a high volume of calls. Leadership, competitive drive, and the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment about business needs. Goal- and metrics-oriented with a proactive, work-hard, play-hard attitude.
