Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Responsibilities As a Staffing Consultant, you will find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles. You will run the entire recruiting process from sourcing to placement. Engage job seekers through phone, email, or in‑person conversations and coach them throughout each step of their job search, from resume editing to interview coaching to post‑interview follow‑up. You will also meet with your team to discuss open positions, create job advertisements, and use online sourcing tools. Your Day: Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates. Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and networking. Interview prospective candidates. Prep candidates for interviews with client companies – review resumes, discuss client needs, conduct mock interviews. Extend job offers and manage offer processes. Support candidates on assignment. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. A passion for working with people. A tenacious, self‑motivated drive for making 100 calls and beyond.
