Job Description
As an Onboarding Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Regard’s mission, leading customers through seamless implementations that drive rapid adoption and measurable impact. You will partner closely with hospital executives, physician leaders, and cross-functional Regard teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with exceptional client experiences.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is passionate about improving healthcare through technology.
This position requires recent project management experience in the acute care setting and experience with Epic or Cerner EHR integrations.

Responsibilities:At Regard, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $100,000 to $140,000. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity, benefits, and other perks. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
