About the Role
A growing international technology firm is seeking a  Senior Office Manager to oversee daily operations, facilities, budgets, and vendor management. This role ensures the smooth coordination of administrative functions across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative support staff.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain and improve administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Support HR with company events, employee benefits, and onboarding logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate business travel, corporate housing, and company vehicle logistics.
  • Serve as liaison with international offices and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administration, including negotiations with vendors, real estate, facilities management and safety compliance.
  • Proven success managing vendors, contracts, and facilities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using tracking and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Jira, Trello).
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable under pressure.

Preferred

  • Experience managing multi-site operations or working in technology environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems.
