Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable and resourceful Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of a busy professional office for a contract to hire position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple responsibilities with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination
  • Provide general administrative support across departments, including light HR and finance-related tasks
  • Assist with meeting and event planning, including logistics and communications
  • Serve as a point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
  • Support internal communications and help drive team engagement initiatives
  • Handle special requests and projects as they arise, using sound judgment to prioritize and follow through

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
