Description:

The Professional Services - Kinetic Project Manager is responsible for managing Epicor ERP Implementation by planning, organizing, managing, and delivering client projects effectively and successfully.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end program or project management, coordinating and monitoring activities of projects and client engagements from inception to project closure.
  
• Prepare project deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests, and Project Lists) to execute all project activities.
  
• Maintain overall control of project schedule, resources, budget, and scope.
  
• Ensure project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements.
  
• Conduct steering committee meetings, internal team meetings, and weekly customer status calls; respond to client requests/questions promptly, escalating issues and recommending solutions.
  
• Interact with members of cross-functional teams; responsible for handling medium-sized projects and large, complex projects.
  
• Strictly adhere to Epicor implementation methodology.
  
• Escalate project issues to senior management when needed.
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  
• 5+ years of project management and industry experience preferred.
  
• PMP Certification or any similar certification is preferred.
  
• Epicor implementation experience is a plus; however, any other ERP implementation Project Management experience is mandatory.
